Mr. White, from the Committee on Indian Affairs, made the following report: The Committee on Indian Affairs, to whom was referred the memorial of John Ross, Richard Taylor, Daniel McCoy, Hair Conrad, and John Timpson [i.e. Timson], delegated from the Cherokees residing east of the Mississippi .
